As the main component of oil production trees and manifolds, the throttle valve is mainly used to control the flow of oil (gas) wells, and its working pressure level can reach 15000psi. The fixed throttle valve changes the size of the oil nozzle to achieve the purpose of controlling and adjusting the output.
The throttle valve has the following characteristics
The fixed throttle valve bonnet and the valve body are connected with oil nonets, which is quick and convenient to assemble and disassemble;
The valve stem ejector pin and the inner sleeve of the oil nozzle are made of special cemented carbide, which is corrosion resistant and washout resistant;
The opening indicator with organic glass protection on the bonnet of the adjustable flow valve allows you to observe the actual area of the orifice wherever the stem is located:
Handwheel rotation counterclockwise is on, clockwise rotation is off.
