The simplified mechanical structure and state-of-the-art operation method effortlessly adjust stroke frequency and stroke length, providing maximum reliability with minimal maintenance costs. When wellhead service is required, four lifting wheels in the base can easily move the product away from the wellhead for easy access. After repairs are complete, wellhead alignment can be performed by returning the unit to its previous position, and this ease of mobility is achieved by reducing labor and costs.
The load belt and drum are the only transmission parts, and the elastic deformation of the loading belt and the friction between the belt and the idler greatly reduce the influence of the change of rotation direction, and this design extends the service life of the belt and can be used for more than 10 years. And we've always put safety first, with top rollers, built-in counterweight and power loss braking/protection to ensure the most reliable and safe pumping machine. What's more, the integrated safety system continuously monitors for any overloads, load losses, phase faults, and power outages. Its operating parameters can be modified via an interactive panel in the control cabinet or remotely via the Internet. Specially designed AC VFD control technology. Its operating motor can dynamically generate power to match the requirements of the load, providing continuous energy savings. On the other hand, the short drive chain and adjustable symmetrical balance further contribute to energy savings. The pumping machine has a minimum mechanical efficiency of 85% and a minimum system efficiency of 35%. Another notable feature of this type of pumping machine is its maximized efficiency, which extends the life of downhole tools. In addition, the custom frame is versatile worldwide due to the modular design, as it ensures precise sizing of the well range. On the other hand, during its operation, the variable frequency drive (VFD) control system adjusts the stroke length, number of strokes and operating speed.
