High-pressure rotary hose

This product is characterized by high pressure resistance, refractoriness, thermal insulation, oil resistance, etc. This hose is used in the well control system during petroleum drilling. It is superior to ordinary rigid pipeline. It is free from maintenance, can be installed and disassembled conveniently, saves time and labor and has a long service life.

1. Refractoriness: it can work under the working pressure for 15 minutes at 750℃.

2. Oil resistance: it will not deteriorate or fall off after being soaked in 40℃-100℃ hydraulic oil for 24 hours.

3. Acid-alkali resistance: there is no obvious change after being soaked in 4% HCL and 4% NaOH solutions for 24 hours respectively;

4. Pressure resistance: there is no leakage after standing 52.5 MPa for 5 minutes, with the pipe surface breakdown pressure greater than 105 MPa;

5. Thermal insulation: the temperature ratio inside and outside the pipe is 1:40 after the pipe body carrying clean water inside is placed in a 300℃-50℃ environment for 20 minutes.
