Drill pipe

Ordinary drill pipes are used for connecting the bit, conveying the drilling fluid and transmitting power in drilling tools. Ordinary drill pipes produced by the Company can meet SY/T5561 and API Spec5DP standards. To reduce wear of the casing and drill pipe, the female thread joint end of the drill pipe can be equipped with a welded wear-resistant band. The Company has obtained the license for producing and using ARNCO 100XT, ARNCO 150XT, ARNCO 300XT and ARNCO 350XT from EMCORE.

Product characteristics

1. The mechanical performance and design of the drill pipe joint, pipe body and welding area can meet the latest provisions of API SPEC 5DP and RP 7G;

2. The female thread joint end of the drill pipe can be equipped with a welded wear-resistant band;

3. Threads on both ends have received phosphating and are equipped with thread protectors;

4. The root of threads on both ends can be processed with cold rolling;

5. Threads on both ends can undergo tightening and loosing experiment.

Ordering instructions

1. The specification, buckle type and quality code can be selected according to the specific requirements of the customer, and the elevator shoulder type (18° or 90°) should be specified;

2. For products that needs to be equipped with a wear-resistant band, the welding wire grade used as well as the type (convex or flat) should be specified;

3. Preservative treatment with the internal coating should be performed, and the internal coating grade used should be specified;
