The hole reamer while drilling is a tool for comprehensive drilling while expanding the borehole, saving the number of drilling times during the drilling process, this reamer is a mechanical expansion type, and it is more convenient to control the opening and contraction of the knife arm during the actual drilling process. It has the advantages of ingenious structure, convenient control and flexible action.

Fixed diameter eye expanders are used to expand surface holes in onshore and offshore oilfields, that is, it is used to expand the wellbore pre-drilled by the tooth wheel drill bit, or connected to the drill bit, and complete drilling and expansion operations at the same time. There are three types of dental wheels: "SM" type teeth are used for soft to medium hard formations; "MH" type teeth for medium hard to hard formations; Type "XH" teethers are used in hard formations.

Micro-eccentric eye expander, which can be connected to the drill string to achieve micro-eye expansion while drilling. The tool has two sets of spiral eye expansion blades, the lower knife wing group is responsible for the eye expansion while drilling or the positive scratch during the drilling process, and the upper knife wing group is responsible for the reverse eye during the drilling process. The main function of the tool is to reduce the severity of the dogleg in the directional well, remove the micro-dogleg and small steps under the well, and expand the wellbore with a diameter slightly larger than the theoretical diameter of the drill bit in the expansive shale formation and the creeping salt paste layer, soft mudstone layer, coal seam and other well sections, which can reduce the scratching operation time in the conventional drilling process, and ensure the safety and smoothness of the operation such as drilling, electrical measurement, down-casing, down-expansion packer, etc. In addition, the tool also has the role of clearing the rock chip bed in directional wells and effectively controlling ECD in horizontal wells and large displacement wells.

Peculiarity:
