Inner blowout preventer

The internal blowout preventer is a large pressure drop check valve, the valve conical plug, reduce the cutting effect of mud on the valve seat, to ensure the correct closing state. Internal BOP connected to drill string protects faucets, hoses and risers. It can also be used before the high-pressure pump to prevent high-pressure blowouts. A special release tool keeps the valve normally open, allowing counterflow to pass through. Release tools are pre-installed in the valve as components ready on the rig, and when the first blowout signal appears from the well, the blowout preventer can be quickly installed on the drill string.
